Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to alter or cancel appointments in order to be able to offer other people who may be in pain.
Cancellations or alterations given with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of their appointment.
We appreciate that there may be occasions where the above is not possible, in these situations payment is at your therapists discretion.
