People come to Counselling for many reasons. Some may be finding it difficult to deal with a current problem, for example bullying at school or work or the impact of a child leaving home. Others may be affected by some past event that has surfaced and they wish to make some sense of it and sometimes people chose to come to counselling to find out more about themselves. Whatever it is that brings you to counselling I will work with you to help you find your own solutions so that you can make your own choices or decisions and put them into action.
