Since gaining an ITEC Holistic massage qualification back in 2004, Jane has undertaken extensive training in Bowen Fascial Release, she has furthered her studies to support people experiencing chronic pain by completing a BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical and Sport Massage, Hot Stones Fusion Massage courses and ScarWork following training with Sharon Wheeler.

She is trained in a number of soft tissue techniques, including trigger point, sports massage, myofascial release, stretching, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage and ScarWork.
Jane brings an empathetic approach to her treatment sessions, focusing on making a change - to alleviate pain, induce deep relaxation and make an improvement to scars.

If you are unable top make your appointment, please can you give me 48 hours notice as I have to inform the clinic of all cancellations. Alterations or cancellations given with less than 48 hours notice will incur full appointment costs.
