Ian Pollard

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy Dip.

Ian trained as a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and is a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM).

Having always been actively involved in sport Ian has had experience of a great many different sports over the years. In the past he has coached rugby and skiing (particularly disabled skiing) and currently coaches running (he is a UKA qualified Coach in Running Fitness). He has been a running club member for many years with a wide range of road and trail experience from competing in numerous races and events.

Through his involvement in sport he understands the training and competitive demands of sport and the issues which sports men and women encounter across a range of experience and levels. He also appreciates how the stresses and strains of our daily lifestyles affect us too and how Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports & Remedial Massage can provide huge benefits for both.
