Sports Therapy

Is a technique used to detect and treat soft tissue injury brought about through injury/trauma or as a result of incorrect training practice, faulty biomechanic or poor posture.

Neuro muscular technique, PNF stretching and Soft Tissue Release are used to ease hypertensive muscles as well as too strengthen and tone muscles weakened or overstretched through injury or sustained posture.

Exercise rehabilitation is used to retrain weak or overworked muscles and to restore muscle balance. A variety of core stability, stretching and plyometric work is used to achieve this.

The Cardiac and Rehabilitation Programme is aimed at anyone who has suffered from or who is at risk of developing coronary heart or vascular disease. Coordinated by the British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation the training ensures that instructors attain a high level of understanding of cardiac conditions in order to deliver a safe and effective programme of rehabilitation.
