EFT (often known as Meridian Tapping or Tapping), is a self-help healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional and performance issues. It is a practical method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine.
The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognized and used around the world. One can use EFT tapping for anxiety, weight loss, pain, stress, mild addictions, and many other issues. The technique operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs help or improvement, there are often unresolved issues blocking the way of healing.
Using simple tapping motions helps to guide the client to tune in to the patterns that form around uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories. While ‘tapping’ on specific pressure points, the client can safely bring thoughts or emotions into their awareness. The technique allows them to release negative blocks bringing relief, relaxation and the promotion of healing for both emotional and physical issues that may be holding them back.
The technique once learned can be used as an ongoing self-help tool to be used when and where ever the client feels they need the support, returning for ‘maintenance’ sessions when and if necessary.
